Where do you ship?
Across Europe. In Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia we deliver to Omniva parcel lockers for €3.90; elsewhere in Europe we deliver by courier, and its price will be shown at checkout once it is set. Until then, if you are ordering from outside the Baltics, write to us before you order. Orders over €20 ship free. Parcels leave Riga within 1–2 business days. There is no pickup.
How do I pay?
Payments go through Paysera. Until online payment is switched on in the shop, you place an order request at checkout and we confirm it by e-mail with a secure payment link within one business day.
Can I return something?
Yes: unopened, sealed goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and the return shipping is yours to pay. Write to us first with your order reference; returns go to Pildas iela 10, Rīga, LV-1035. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we replace it, or refund it if you ask.

In Latvia you will find us at Maxima and on Barbora. We are also in selected stores in Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Austria and Bulgaria — see the Where to buy page.
